Casa do Mogadouro was born from an old 19th century farmhouse and it has been adapted to rural tourism since 1998
"(…) now that we arrived, we wouldn't trade this weekend for any other. We are sitting on a garden bench installed in the middle of the flowery field. The centenary house on the back, the north of Serra da Estrela insinuating itself to the right and, in front, the mild spring in an amphitheater. The birds chirp and you can hear the rattles of a flock in the valley, a dog barking, the church bell announcing the gentle arrival of night.
